Abstract

Wird die Kfz-Steuer in eine so genannte CO2-Steuer umgebaut, wird die zukünftige Steuer implizit einen Preis für das Gramm eingespartes CO2 setzen. Ferdinand Dudenhöffer und Marcus Krüger, Center Automotive Research (CAR) an der Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen, zeigen, dass damit ein Gramm CO2 mehrere Preise haben wird, je nachdem, ob es aus einem neuen oder einem alten Auto stammt.
