Abstract

Das ifo Weltwirtschaftsklima hat sich im ersten Quartal 2007 wieder verbessert, nachdem es sich in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2006 moderat abgekühlt hatte. Die Besserung betraf sowohl die Einschätzung der derzeitigen wirtschaftlichen Lage als auch die Erwartungen für die nächsten sechs Monate. Der ifo Wirtschaftsklimaindex für die Welt ist in den drei großen Wirtschaftsregionen Westeuropa, Nordamerika und Asien gestiegen und signalisiert damit eine weiterhin robuste Weltkonjunktur im ersten Halbjahr 2007.
