ifo Architektenumfrage: Auftragsbestände so hoch wie letztmals vor fünf Jahren

Abstract

Nach den Umfrageergebnissen des ifo Instituts hat sich das Geschäftsklima bei den freischaffenden Architekten zu Beginn des 1. Quartals 2006 deutlich verbessert. Die sichtliche Aufhellung basiert dabei nicht nur auf günstigeren Geschäftslageurteilen; bezüglich der zukünftigen Entwicklung war sogar vereinzelt vorsichtiger Optimismus zu registrieren. Die freischaffenden Architekten beurteilten ihre aktuelle Geschäftslage bei weitem nicht mehr so schlecht wie noch vor drei Monaten. Jeder sechste Testteilnehmer war mit seiner aktuellen Geschäftslage zufrieden. Gleichzeitig sank auch der Anteil der Architekten, die ihre Geschäftslage mit "schlecht" bezeichneten, von rund 52 auf 46%. Bezüglich der Geschäftserwartungen für die nächsten sechs Monate hat die Skepsis spürbar nachgelassen. Per saldo schätzten die befragten Architekten ihre Geschäftsaussichten für die nächsten sechs Monate sogar so "günstig" ein wie zum letzten Mal vor fünf Jahren.
