Bis 2006 erneut leichter Rückgang der Wohnungsfertigstellungen in Europa

    Abstract

    Ende November 2003 fand in Funchal/Madeira die 56. Euroconstruct-Konferenz satt. Die Experten aus den 19 europäischen Ländern, die in dieser Gruppe zusammenarbeiten, gehen davon aus, dass für das Euroconstruct-Gebiet - nach einer Fertigstellung von rund 2,13 Mill. Wohnungen in neuerrichteten Wohngebäuden im Jahr 2003 - 2004 diese Zahl nochmals um 40 000 Wohnungen übertroffen wird. Bis 2006 wird aber ein leichter Rückgang auf 2,10 Mill. Wohnungen erwartet. Sowohl im Eigenheimbau als auch im Geschosswohnungsbau setzt die Abwärtstendenz wieder ein. Unterschiede bestehen auch zwischen den einzelnen Ländern bzw. Ländergruppen: In Mittelosteuropa ist es viele Jahre sehr steil nach oben gegangen, bis 2005 wird aber - ausgelöst von Polen - ein markanter Rückschlag prognostiziert; die Rezession im westeuropäischen Wohnungsneubau dauert noch an.
