Business decisions in the clothing industry - locational factors in the German clothing industry

Abstract

The current economic situation in the German clothing industry is improving for the first time after two and a half years of recession. The Ifo Business Climate for the industry signalled a clear recovery in September. For all of 2003, despite an improvement in the business climate, a sales and production drop of 6-7% must be expected
