Leasing in Deutschland : Wachstum zu Lande, zu Wasser und in der Luft

Abstract

Das Neugeschäft der deutschen Leasinggesellschaften expandierte 1997 mit 3,1% erneut stärker als die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Investitionen. 1998 ist sogar mit einem Plus von 6,6% zu rechnen. Wachstumsträger war 1997 das Mobilien-Leasing mit +11,6%, während das Immobilien-Leasing stark rückläufig war mit -27%. 1998 blieb das Mobilien-Leasing auf Wachstumskurs, insbesondere mit Produktionsmaschinen, sog. Big Tickets und mit Straßenfahrzeugen. Das Immobilien-Leasing dürfte um etwa 1% zugenommen haben. Ob sich die Leasingbranche auch 1999 überdurchschnittlich entwickeln wird, läßt sich angesichts der zu erwartenden steuerrechtlichen Änderungen kaum abschätzen.
