Großhandelsinvestitionen weiter rückläufig

Abstract

Nach den Ergebnissen des ifo Investitionstests vom Frühjahr 1997 haben die Unternehmen des deutschen Großhandels 1996 mit knapp 16 Milliarden DM etwas weniger investiert als 1995 (16,2 Milliarden DM). Sie haben damit trotz rückläufiger Umsätze die im Frühjahr 1996 vorgesehenen Projekte weitgehend realisiert. Für 1997 lassen die Pläne eine Kürzung der Investitionen um 5% auf knapp 15,2 Milliarden DM erwarten. Die Investitionsquote würde damit zwar auf 1,4% (1996: 1,5%) sinken, wäre aber immer noch wesentlich höher als in den achtziger Jahren. Nicht berücksichtigt sind in diesen Zahlen die Anlagegüter, die über Leasinggesellschaften, Immobilienfonds etc. beschafft werden. Diese "Mietinvestitionen" sollen nach den Plänen der Großhandelsfirmen erneut beträchtlich gesteigert werden.
