Investitionen der öffentlichen Elektrizitätsversorgung weiter auf hohem Niveau

Abstract

Die Zusammenfassung der Planangaben der Unternehmen aus den alten und den neuen Bundesländern ergibt, daß die Investitionsausgaben in der gesamten Bundesrepublik bis einschließlich 1999 bei leicht rückläufiger Tendenz zwischen 15,6 und 15,2 Mrd. DM liegen dürften. Zum Ende des Planungszeitraums sind aus heutiger Sicht deutlich geringere Investitionsausgaben vorgesehen. Geprägt wird diese Entwicklung weitgehend von den Ausgaben für den Netzbereich, für den bis 2000 jeweils etwa die Hälfte der Investitionen bereitgestellt werden soll. Auf Erzeugungsanlagen dürften in diesem Zeitraum zwischen 35 und 37 % der Gesamtinvestitionen entfallen. Die Nettoengpaßleistung aller Kraftwerke der öffentlichen Versorgung soll Ende 2000 mit 101,7 Mill. kW um rund 1,6 % höher sein als 1995. Bezieht man die Investitionen zum Ende des Planungszeitraums auf die zu erwartende Stromabgabe aus dem Netz der öffentlichen Versorgung, dann ist zu erkennen, daß diese Kennzahl auch noch im Jahr 2000 für Ostdeutschland wesentlich höher ist als für Westdeutschland.
