Regionale und betriebliche Probleme der Transformation in Rußland aus internationaler Sicht : Bericht über ein deutsch-russisches Symposium

Abstract

Am 4. und 5. Oktober 1995 fand in München das elfte Symposium des ifo Instituts, München, und des Instituts für Weltwirtschaft und Internationale Beziehungen der Russischen Akademie der Wissenschaften (IMEMO), Moskau, statt. Auf der Tagesordnung standen Fragen der regionalen Strukturpolitik sowie der Unternehmensfinanzierung und der Investitionsförderung. Deutsche und russische Referenten aus Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft berichteten über ihre Erfahrungen und Arbeiten in den unterschiedlichen Systemen auf verschiedenen politischen und wirtschaftlichen Ebenen. Zunächst wurden die regionale Konvergenz Rußlands betrachtet und die daraus möglichen Handlungsalternativen der Strukturpolitik analysiert. Weiterhin wurde auf die regionalen Aspekte des Arbeitsmarktes in der Wirtschaftstransformation eingegangen. Zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensfinanzierung in der Transformation wurde unter anderem die staatliche Stimmulierung unternehmerischer Investitionen diskutiert.
