Westdeutsche Bauwirtschaft : 1996 deutliche Reduzierung der Investitionsausgaben

Abstract

Der im Durchschnitt dieses Jahres zu erwartende Rückgang der Bauproduktion veranlaßte die westdeutschen Bauunternehmen, ihre im Frühjahr noch recht optimistischen Investitionspläne für 1995 drastisch nach unten zu revidieren. Nach den Ergebnissen des ifo Investitionstests vom September/Oktober wollen sie in diesem Jahr an ihren Standorten in den alten Ländern mit 5,5 Mrd. DM um 8 % weniger investieren als 1994. Für 1996 planen die Baufirmen eine Einschränkung ihrer Anlagenkäufe um 10 %. Im Vordergrund der Investitionsaktivitäten stehen erwartungsgemäß bei fast allen Unternehmen Maßnahmen zur Erneuerung und Modernisierung der Anlagen.
