Anzeichen für leichte Abkühlung des Weltwirtschaftsklimas : Ergebnisse des ifo Konjunkturtest International

Abstract

Im April 1995 hat das ifo Institut zum 48. Mal seine weltweite Umfrage "ifo Konjunkturtest International" bei knapp 500 Wirtschaftsexperten multinationaler Unternehmen und kompetenter Institutionen durchgeführt. Nach Ansicht der Teilnehmer aus insgesamt 61 Ländern hat die Weltkonjunktur vorläufig einen Höhepunkt erreicht. Der Welthandel wird nach Ansicht der Experten in der zweiten Jahreshälfte weiterhin stark expandieren, wobei weltweit von höheren Exporten die größten Wachstumsimpulse ausgehen werden. Im Durchschnitt aller an der Umfrage beteiligten Länder erwarten die Experten einen leichten Anstieg der Inflation im zweiten Halbjahr 1995. Im weltweiten Durchschnitt rechnen die Experten mit weiter steigenden Geldmarktzinsen. Für 1995 wird ein Wachstum des realen Bruttoinlandsprodukts (BIP) von 3,5 % erwartet. Als Hauptprobleme der Wirtschaft wurden die Budgetdefizite und die Arbeitslosigkeit genannt.
