Weltrohstoffpreise 1995/96

Abstract

Dieser Bericht faßt die wesentlichen Ergebnisse einer Tagung der Arbeitsgruppe Rohstoffpreise der Vereinigung Europäischer Konjunkturforschungsinstitute am 23. und 24. März 1995 in Hamburg zusammen. Der Kommentar zur Markt- und Preisentwicklung stützt sich auf die von den Teilnehmern ausgearbeiteten Expertisen, allerdings werden aktuelle Entwicklungstendenzen berücksichtigt. Die Rohstoffexperten der Vereinigung Europäischer Konjunkturforschungsinstitute gehen bei ihren Preisprognosen von den Gegebenheiten auf der Angebots- und Nachfrageseite der jeweiligen Weltrohstoffmärkte aus. Witterungsbedingte, politische und spekulative Einflußfaktoren werden nur dann berücksichtigt, wenn es darüber zum Zeitpunkt der Prognose hinreichend gesicherte Erkenntnisse gibt. In den letzten Jahren haben sich die Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen der Rohstoffmärkte z.T. erheblich geändert. Es ist eine Globalisierung und Intensivierung des Welthandels zu verzeichnen.
