Investitionen in den neuen Bundesländern : Dienstleistungsbereiche weiter expansiv, Industrieinvestitionen erhalten konjunkturelle Impulse

Abstract

Die neuen Ergebnisse der ifo Investorenrechnung Ost zeigen, daß die Investitionen in den neuen Ländern nach wie vor kräftig expandieren. Insgesamt dürften dort 1994 annähernd 180 Mrd. DM investiert worden sein, das war fast ein Fünftel mehr als 1993. Für 1995 ist mit einem weiterem Anstieg um rund 15% (auf gut 206 Mrd. DM) zu rechnen. Starke Impulse gehen weiterhin von den Dienstleistungsunternehmen aus, vor allem vom Sektor Wohnungsvermietung (hier schlägt sich der zunehmende Wohnungsneubau nieder) und von den "sonstigen Dienstleistungen", zu denen z.B. auch Gewerbeparks und Hotelneubauten gehören. Nur unterdurchschnittlich werden 1995 mit knapp 12% wahrscheinlich die Investitionen des verarbeitenden Gewerbes gesteigert. Der Beitrag westdeutscher und ausländischer Unternehmen zu den gesamtwirtschaftlichen Investitionen im Beitrittsgebiet dürfte (einschließlich Wohnungsvermietung), nach etwa 77 Mrd. DM im vergangenen Jahr,1995 fast 90 Mrd. DM erreichen.
