Energiesparberatung ein wichtiges Element der Energiepolitik

Abstract

Der Bericht faßt die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung "Bewertung der vom Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft finanziell geförderten Maßnahmen der Energieverbraucher über die Möglichkeit der Energieeinsparung und Nutzung erneurbarer Energien" zusammen. Die untersuchten Einrichtungen sind die Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Verbraucherverbände (AgV), Beratungsstellen für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen sowie die Beratung zur sparsamen Energieverwendung in Wohngebäuden. Bei der Bewertung der Wirksamkeit der genannten Beratungsdienstleistungen ging es vor allem um die Frage, in welchem Umfang die Maßnahmen der individuellen Beratung die Entscheidung zur Vornahme energiesparender Investitionen im Gebäude- und Heizungsbereich beeinflussen. Von allen angesprochenen Haushalten haben in den letzten 10 Jahren 43 % Energiesparende Investitionen durchgeführt. Auch bei den Unternehmen wurden wesentliche Einsparungseffekte erzielt. Die größte Breitenwirkung hat unter den Energieberatungsstellen die im Rahmen der AgV durchgeführten stationären Energieberatung. Insgewsamt wurde festgestellt, daß die Energieberatung für die Verbraucher wichtige Hilfestellung bei der Entscheidung über die Durchführung von Energiesparmaßnahmen darstellt.
