Kostenvergleich von Raumheizungen in Neubauten : Aktualisierung zum Preisstand Winter 1993/94

Abstract

Seit dem letzten ifo Heizkostenvergleich zum Preisstand im Winter 1991/92 haben sich einige Eckdaten wesentlich geändert. Der Ölpreis befindet sich auf einem relativ niedrigen Niveau. Auch die Hypothekenzinsen sind vergleichsweise niedrig. Demgegenüber weisen die Bau- und Installationskosten erhebliche Steigerungen auf. Die Analyse der Heizkosten bezieht sich auf verschiedene Gebäude (Einfamilien-Reihenhaus bis Zwölffamilienhaus). Weiterhin wird zwischen Einzelheizung und Stockwerksheizung, sowie zwischen Gas, Öl und Fernwärme unterschieden. Die Ergebnisse des Kostenvergleichs ergeben, im Vergleich zu 1991/92, eine geringe Veränderung der Rangfolge der Kosten der einzelnen Heizungssysteme. Festzuhalten ist, daß die Fernwärme-Gebäudeheizung bei Einfamilienhäusern nur etwas teurer ist als die Ölheizung. Bei Mehrfamilienhäusern sind Ölheizungen im Vergleich zur Fernwärme deutlich kostengünstiger. Die Energiepreise werden mittelfristig nur moderat steigen, staatliche Interventionen (Steuererhöhungen, kostenwirksame Vorschriften) jedoch werden dennoch zu einem höheren Energiepreisniveau führen. Weiterhin ist anzunehmen, daß sich die Ergebnisse eines Heizkostenvergleichs in Zukunft nur unwesentlich ändern werden.
