Neue Telekommunikationsdienste : auch in Großunternehmen häufig noch im Frühstadium der Nutzung

Abstract

Der Beitrag enthält die Ergebnisse einer Unternehmensbefragung in vier Wirtschaftssektoren (Banken, Versicherungen, Investitionsgüterindustrie, Handel) zum Thema: Nutzung von Telekommunikationsdiensten und Einfluß der Unternehmensgröße auf die Nutzung der Mehrwertdienste. Im Vergleich zu den USA, Großbritannien und Frankreich liegt Deutschland bezogen auf die alten Bundesländer im Jahr 1992 zurück. Die Studie beschränkte sich auf elf verschiedene Mehrwertdienste. Um die Entwicklungsstadien zu unterscheiden, wurde die Einführungs-, Ausweitungs-, Formalisierungs- und Integrationsphase definiert. Bei der Auswertung wurde festgestellt, daß starke sektorale und Größenklassen-Unterschiede bei Mitteleinsatz und Anwendungserfahrung sich in der Nutzung von Mehrwertdiensten spiegeln. Großunternehmen nutzen nur wenige Dienste intensiv, viele Dienste werden fast gar nicht beachtet. Die Nachfrage nach Telekommunikation geht in Zukunft hauptsächlich von Großunternehmen aus.
