Mittelfristige Prognosen der Bautätigkeit in westdeutschen Regionen

Abstract

Die Regionalisierung der alten Bundesländer wurde wieder zweistufig vorgenommen: Die fünf Großregionen (Bundesländer oder Gruppen von Bundesländern) wurden in einem zweiten Schritt in 75 Raumordnungsregionen unterteilt. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wird in dem Beitrag der Entwicklung des Wohnungsbaus geschenkt. Der Anstieg der Wohnungsbauleistung dürfte zwar in allen Großregionen nicht nur 1993, sondern auch 1994 noch anhalten, die Abflachung ist jedoch schon erkennbar und der Umschwung vorprogrammiert. Allerdings ist kein nachhaltiger Einbruch, sondern lediglich eine "Zwischenabkühlung" zu erwarten.
