Technologiepotentiale und Forschungsbedarf der bayerischen Industrie

Abstract

Unter Zugrundelegung alternativer Zukunftsszenarien wurde versucht, herauszuarbeiten, wo die Forschungs- und Technologiepolitik ansetzen kann, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und die Innovationskraft der bayerischen Industrie zu erhalten oder zu steigern. Die Untersuchung ergab, daß der Bereich Information und Kommunikation bei forschungspolitischen Weichenstellungen Priorität erhalten sollte. Da die Wettbewerbsposition Bayerns auf diesem Technologiefeld nicht so gut ist wie in anderen Investitionsgüterindustrien, könnte hier ein weiteres Zurückbleiben zu schwerwiegenden Wachstumsfriktionen führen. Danaben sollte doch gezielt weitere Akzente setzen; vor allem sollte der Nutzbarmachung regenerativer Energieträger und der Bewältigung von Umweltproblemen, vorzugsweise durch Recycling, ein hoher Stellenwert eingeräumt werden.
