Verhaltener Trendanstieg des Wohnungsbauvolumens in Westdeutschland

Abstract

Nach der Vereinigung der beiden deutschen Teilstaaten ergaben sich für die jeweiligen Baumärkte sehr rasch enge Interdependenzen, so daß integrierte oder simultane Betrachtungen oft unumgänglich sind. Trotzdem werden noch auf Jahre hinaus nach West- und Ostdeutschland getrennte Analysen und Prognosen erstellt werden müssen. Der folgende Beitrag konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung der westdeutschen Bau- und Wohungsmärkte, wobei wiederum kein Gesamtüberblick über Prämissen, Methoden und Ergebnisse angestrebt wird. Es ist vielmehr beabsichtigt, eher exemplarisch interessante, sonst weniger ausführlich oder nicht systematisch behandelte Aspekte und Zusammenhänge herauszugreifen.
