Wirtschaftskrise und Stabilisierungsversuche in Argentinien

Abstract

In Argentinien wurde in den letzten Jahren ein neuer Anlauf zur wirtschaftlichen Stabilisierung und Strukturanpassung unternommen. Dessen Auswirkungen werden im Aufsatz untersucht und es wird festgestellt, daß die günstigen Bedingungen, nach dem Ende der Militärdiktatur einen radikalen Neuanfang bei der Bewältigung der tief verwurzelten Wirtschaftskrise zu machen,nicht genutzt werden konnten. Die Stabilisierungs- und Reformanstrengungen sowohl der Regierung Alfonsin als auch der Regierung Menem brachten keine durchgreifenden Änderungen. Die ökonomischen und politischen Entwicklungsaussichten können kaum zuversichtlich stimmen.
