Gasverbrauch steigt wieder : Investitionserfordernisse für den Anschluß des DDR-Gasnetzes

Abstract

1989 nahm der gesamte Gasverbrauch (inklusive Eigenverbrauch) in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland um rund 8% auf reichlich 82 Mrd.m3 zu. Für die öffentliche Gaswirtschaft bedeutet das eine Zunahme der Gasabgabe um fast 5% auf rund 64 Mrd.m3. Am Zuwachs von 3 Mrd.m3 waren zu fast gleichen Teilen die im konjunkturellen Aufwind stehende Industrie und der Kraftwerksbereich beteiligt. Dagegen stagnierte trotz beträchtlicher Erhöhung der Kundenzahl (5200 neue Kunden 1989) die Gasabnahme der privaten Haushalte und sonstigen Kleinverbraucher, was größtenteils auf milde Winter zurückzuführen ist. Auch die Investitionen der öffentlichen Gaswirtschaft sind 1989 gestiegen, wobei die Zunahme um 3% auf reichlich 3,3 Mrd.DM vor allem auf Mehrausgaben der Ortswirtschaft für Gasspeicher und -leitungen zurückzuführen ist. 1990 dürften die Investitionen sogar um mehr als ein Zehntel auf rund 3,8 Mrd.DM wachsen, wobei die Budgetaufstockung teilweise Leitungsprojekten für die Verbindung der beiden bisher getrennten Gasnetze dient.
