Letzte Steuerschätzung für die Bundesrepublik : Heuer 10,5 Mrd., nächstes Jahr 34 Mrd. DM Steuermehreinnahmen

Abstract

Wegen der unübersichtlichen Datenlage, der schleppenden Steuerabführung und Hemmnissen beim verwaltungstechnischen Inkasso wird eine der Realität einigermaßen gerecht werdende Steuerschätzung einschließlich der DDR erst dann möglich sein, wenn effektive Aufkommensdaten von dort vorliegen. Die erste "gesamtdeutsche" Steuerschätzung wird für den Haushalt 1991 erstellt werden müssen. Die "letzte" Steuerschätzung der Bundesrepublik ergibt, daß der Fiskus 1990 trotz Steuerreform 10,5 Mrd. DM Mehreinnahmen verbuchen kann; das ist um 1 Mrd. DM mehr als im Mai vom Arbeitskreis Steuerschätzungen ermittelt. Mit 34,2 Mrd DM wird sich das Kassenplus im nächsten Jahr zwar knapp verdreifachen; die letzte offizielle Schätzung hatte allerdings noch zu einem um 2,5 Mrd. DM höheren Ergebnis geführt.
