ifo Konjunkturprognose Herbst 2021: Lieferengpässe in der Industrie bremsen gesamtwirtschaftliche Erholung

Abstract

Die Konjunktur in Deutschland ist derzeit gespalten. Während sich die kontaktintensiven Dienstleistungsbereiche kräftig von der Coronakrise erholen, schrumpft die Wertschöpfung im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe infolge von Lieferengpässen bei wichtigen industriellen Vorprodukten. Das Bruttoinlandsprodukt dürfte in diesem Jahr um 2,5% zulegen und im kommenden Jahr um 5,1%. Im Vergleich zur ifo Konjunkturprognose Sommer 2021 wurde damit die Wachstumsrate für das Jahr 2021 um 0,8 Prozentpunkte gesenkt und für das Jahr 2022 um 0,8 Prozentpunkte angehoben.
