Homeoffice-Potenzial weiterhin nicht ausgeschöpft

Abstract

Am 19. Januar 2021 beschloss die Bund-Länder-Konferenz die Einführung einer Homeoffice-Pflicht für Arbeitgeber*innen. Damit reagierte die Politik auf eine niedrige Homeoffice-Quote im November 2020. Neue Zahlen der ifo Konjunkturumfrage unter 7 800 Unternehmen belegen nun, dass der Anteil der Firmen, die Homeoffice nutzten, im Februar 2021 bei 81% lag. Insgesamt arbeiteten im Februar 2021 rund 30% der Beschäftigten mindestens teilweise im Homeoffice. Das Homeoffice-Potenzial von 56% wurde demnach weiterhin nicht ausgeschöpft.
