ifo Konjunkturprognose für Ostdeutschland und Sachsen Winter 2021: Corona bremst Erholung aus

Abstract

Im Jahr 2021 dürfe das Bruttoinlandsprodukt um 2,6% in Ostdeutschland und in Sachsen um 2,7% gewachsen sein. Damit fielen die Wachstumsraten niedriger aus als noch im Sommer prognostiziert. Dies lag hauptsächlich am Fortbestehen der Lieferschwierigkeiten und dem Wiederaufflammen der Corona-Pandemie. Damit dürfe das Vorkrisenniveau erst im Jahr 2022 erreicht werden. Das ifo Institut erwartet für das laufende Jahr eine Zunahme der wirtschaftlichen Leistung in Ostdeutschland um 3,2%und in Sachsen um 3,4%.
