ifo Konjunkturprognose Ostdeutschland und Sachsen Sommer 2019: Binnenkonjunktur stützt ostdeutsche Wirtschaft

Abstract

Die konjunkturelle Entwicklung in Ostdeutschland und Sachsen wird in diesem und dem kommenden Jahr von der guten Binnenkonjunktur gestützt. Der Abschwung der Industrie dürfte in der zweiten Jahreshälfte gebremst werden. Im kommenden Jahr dürfte die Industrie dann auch wieder expandieren. Insgesamt dürfte die Wirtschaft in Ostdeutschland in den Jahren 2019 und 2020 im Vorjahresvergleich voraussichtlich um 0,9% und 1,5% wachsen. Die sächsische Wirtschaft dürfte im gleichen Zeitraum um 0,7% und 1,6% expandieren. Die Zahl der Erwerbstätigen dürfte in Ostdeutschland und Sachsen in diesem und im kommenden Jahr jeweils um 0,5% und 0,9% zunehmen.
