ifo Konjunkturprognose für Ostdeutschland und Sachsen 2015/2016: Binnenwirtschaftliche Kräfte stärken ostdeutsche Wirtschaft

Abstract

Die reale Wirtschaftsleistung Ostdeutschlands (mit Berlin) dürfte im vergangenen Jahr um 1,6 % expandiert sein und im laufenden Jahr nochmals um 1,8 % kräftig wachsen. Im Freistaat Sachsen dürfte das Wirtschaftswachstum in beiden Jahren mit Wachstumsraten von 1,9 % bzw. 2,0 % sogar noch etwas kräftiger ausfallen. Gestützt wird der Aufschwung weiterhin von den binnenwirtschaftlichen Kräften, insbesondere dem privaten Konsum. Zusätzlich dürften im laufenden Jahr staatliche Leistungen aufgrund der Flüchtlingsmigration kräftig ausgeweitet und bislang aufgeschobene Investitionen nachgeholt werden. Auch die Arbeitsmarktdynamik dürfte sich im Prognosezeitraum wieder beschleunigen.
