Die Novelle der Handwerksordnung, Ich-AGs und die Folgen für das Bauhandwerk (Wettbewerbssituation im Bauhandwerk)

Abstract

Das Bau- und Ausbaugewerbe steckt seit Jahren in einer tiefen Krise. Viele Unternehmen mussten in die Insolvenz gehen und zahlreiche Arbeitsplätze gingen verloren. Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den Auswirkungen der Novellierung der Handwerksordnung (HWO) und des Existenzgründungszuschusses zu den so genannten Ich-AGs auf die Wettbewerbssituation im Baugewerbe. Es zeigt sich, dass gerade für Kleinbetriebe der Konkurrenzdruck deutlich zugenommen hat.
