Abstract

Das Thema Korruption erlangt seit einigen Jahren zunehmend die Aufmerksamkeit nationaler und internationaler Institutionen. Wie es dazu kam, welche neuen Messinstrumente entwickelt wurden, was die wichtigsten Einflussgroessen in den Transformationslaendern sind sowie die Bedeutung unzureichender Institutionen fuer die Korruption in der Marktwirtschaft werden hier dargestellt.
