Positive Einfluesse verstaerken sich, dennoch Investitionsrueckgang nach Auslaufen von Grossprojekten

Abstract

Das verarbeitende Gewerbe hat im Jahr 1999 mit 14,1 Mrd. DM (14,9 Mrd. DM bei Einbeziehung angemieteter Investitionsgueter) deutlich mehr als urspruenglich geplant und damit kaum weniger als 1998 investiert. Der Bauanteil, 1998 noch bei einem Viertel des Gesamtvolumens dieser Investition, hat sich auf ein Sechstel reduziert. Im laufenden Jahr (2000) signalisieren die Planangaben insgesamt einen Rueckgang um fast 10% (Eigentuemerkonzept) bzw. etwa 8% (Nutzerkonzept). Das Auslaufen von Grossinvestitionen aus der Privatisierungswelle ueberlagert dabei die Impulse aus der verbesserten Industriekonjunktur. In vielen Faellen wurden hierdurch zusaetzliche Investitionen ausgeloest.
