Systemwechsel und Transformationsprozeß in Ostdeutschland : Erfahrungen und Neuorientierung der Förderpolitik

Abstract

Das Ende 1995 in Dresden gegründete ifo Forschungsnetzwerk Strukturentwicklung und Förderpolitik hat sich in den letzten zweieinhalb Jahren intensiv mit Fragen des Transformationsprozesses, der Strukturentwicklung und der Förderpolitik in den neuen Bundesländern beschäftigt. Der folgende Beitrag ruft die wesentlichen "lignes de force" des ostdeutschen Systemwechsels und anschließenden Reformprozesses in Erinnerung und zieht vor dem Hintergrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen und des erreichten Entwicklungsstandes Schlußfolgerungen für die künftigen Orientierung der Förderpolitik.
