Die Rolle der Pflichten- und Lastenhefte für das Innovationsmanagement (Teil II)

Abstract

Pflichtenhefte sind ein entscheidendes Managementinstrument zur effektiven und effizienten Gestaltung von Innovationsprojekten. Sie enthalten alle für das Unternehmen relevanten externen und internen Anforderungen an das zu entwickelnde Produkt bzw. Verfahren und sind für den Gesamtprozeß der Projektplanung, Projektrealisierung und der Projektkontrolle verbindlich für alle am Projekt Beteiligten. Diese prinzipielle Bedeutung der Pflichtenhefte wird in der Praxis innovationsorientierter Unternehmen weitgehend erkannt. Die empirische Analyse in 51 kleinen und mittleren Industrieunternehmen der Branchen Maschinenbau und Elektrotechnik ergab, daß in allen befragten Unternehmen Pflichtenhefte erarbeitet werden.
