Unternehmensnahe Dienstleistungen und Innovation - Sächsische Betriebe im interregionalen Vergleich

Abstract

Der allgemeine Trend zur Auslagerung von Aktivitätsbereichen aus Unternehmen und die damit einhergehende Konzentration auf Kernkompetenzen führt zu einer Intensivierung der zwischenbetrieblichen Arbeitsteilung, auch im Innovationsprozeß. Hierbei kommt den unternehmensnahen Dienstleistungen eine immer größere Rolle zu. Von der Analyse der marktlichen Rahmenbedingungen bis hin zur Unterstützung bei der Markteinführung neuer Produkte realisieren die Dienstleistungsbetriebe komplementäre Leistungsbeiträge im industriellen Innovationsprozeß. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Bedeutung der unternehmensnahen Dienstleistungen für industrielle Innovationen und analysiert interne Dienstleistungsinnovationen. Er gibt Auskunft über Besonderheiten der sächsischen Betriebe dieses Sektors im Vergleich zu zwei westdeutschen Regionen.
