Die Außenwirtschaft des Freistaates Sachsen - eine Bestandsaufnahme

Abstract

Der vorliegende Bericht beschreibt die Entwicklung der Außenwirtschaft in Sachsen bis zum ersten Halbjahr 1996. Im Wirtschaftsjahr 1995 erreichten Sachsens Exporte eine Höhe von 6,81 Milliarden DM, die Importe beliefen sich auf 7,36 Milliarden DM. Für das erste Halbjahr 1996 stellte man eine Zunahme der Exporte um 8,7% sowie der Importe um 16,5% im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum fest. Im folgenden wird die Exportstruktur nach einzelnen Warengruppen analysiert, wobei sich festhalten läßt, daß sich die Exportstruktur Sachsens der der Bundesrepublik gleicht. Weiterhin diskutieren die Autoren außenwirtschaftliche Förderungsmöglichkeiten für den Freitstaat Sachsen und erarbeiten wirtschaftspolitische Empfehlungen. Sie kommen dabei zu dem Ergebnis, daß der Exportwirtschaft Sachsens und der Absatzförderung sächsischer Produkte auf den Weltmärkten ein noch höherer Stellenwert eingeräumt werden muß.
