Überlegungen zur Strukturpolitik im Systemwandel

Abstract

Der Bericht enthält Überlegungen zur Strukturpolitik in den neuen Bundesländern nach dem Wechsel des politischen Systems. Die Reformpolitik in den neuen Ländern muß dabei das vorhergehende System berücksichtigen, da dort genaue Vorgaben gegeben wurden und keine Marktprozesse möglich waren. Die Strukturpolitik muß daher sehr breit angelegt sein und genaue Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen induzieren. Der Bericht betont bei der strukturpolitischen Zielsetzung die Bereiche des Arbeitsmarktes, die Rolle des Mittelstandes, die Sensibilität gegenüber den ökologischen Verhältnissen und die Relevanz der soziokulturellen Indentität. Diese vier Zielvorgaben werden im Bericht vertiefend behandelt.
