Abstract

At present, in the period of the World Economy Globalization and the Information Society's Consolidation, we meet new paradigms, which will govern the development of the New Economy. These paradigms define that economy based on knowledge, and also the virtual organization of the industrial enterprises. The enterprises, in order to remain competitive and consolidate their position on the market, were forced to adapt their strategy to the new organizational and functional skills, using the support of high-information's technology. Following this development strategy, we meet new cooperation examples between enterprises, by developing some common informational and communicational substructures. In the frame of the new organizational development, the economic agents are operating together in both horizontal and vertical ways, just like an unitary and independent company, for achieving, with minimal loss, the products requested on market. Within these virtual enterprises, the relationships are especially based on mutual trust, as a consequence of loosing the physical and legal frame. Those are the issues we intend to discuss about during this conference, insisting on the new cooperation context which would allow the costs decreasing for the market products.
