Abstract

The accomplishment of a methodology regarding the unitary elaboration of the normative documents wants to improve the quality of the normative documents and of their way of unitary redaction, providing thus a qualitative and stable legislative system. This should be conceived as a practical guide, a tool that could be used by all the participants to the redaction of the projects of normative documents and it will serve then as an inspirational source for the redaction of any other document of the institutions of the public administration. It was the same for other states, especially for the francophone ones, between which we only mention France and Belgium.
