The Novelties Brought in the Deposit of Ordinary Law by the Law No. 287/2009
Abstract
Law no. 287/2009 regarding Civil Code, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, but whose date of entry into force has not been established yet, brings some innovations in the deposit of ordinary law. In the present paper, we aim to reveal these novelties, analyzing them critically, and to formulate some proposals for de lege ferenda which constitute elements of reflection for the legislature in his efforts to improve his legislative work.Download Info
