Evolution of Legislation Regarding Stability and Responsability of Public Servants in Romania

Abstract

La stabilité de l'intérêt et pour le bon fonctionnement du service public, mais pour lequel le salarié est protégé de cette façon pour tous les abus de l'organe de direction à quel parti et qui ne seront pas en mesure de sanction, le transfert, le remplacement de la lumière que dans la strictement limitée et réglementée par la loi. L'activité de l'exercice, une fonction publique qui s'est tenue dans le cadre de règles juridiques, qui requièrent un certain comportement, un ordre obligatoire, la responsabilité et les garanties judicieuse et rationnelle sujet. L'ensemble du corps social et le fonctionnement d'État n'est pas concevable sans les règles de conduite établies par la loi ou autres règlements.
