Abstract

The work reflects the importance of increasing access and participation of people with disabilities in the labor market, in an environment where digital technology and sustainability play a crucial role. This topic addresses efforts to remove barriers and promote a more equitable and sustainable society, providing equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of ability or identity.
