Abstract

The main purpose of the paper is to examine the impact of foreign direct investment on the process of modernizing the Romanian economy and to develop recommendations on improving the investment climate and the efficient use of foreign investment to accelerate the pace of modernization of the national economy and Romania's effective participation in the European Union
