Territorial Distribution Of The Implementation Of The Operational Program Human Capital 2014 – 2020

Abstract

The article addresses the problem of the characteristics of the implementation process for the OPHC 2014 - 2020, this being one of the most important programs for the workforce and the social environment in Romania. It focuses on the characteristics of the absorption process specific to the program, referring here to the dynamics of absorption, the types of absorption and the financing structure of OPHC. The added value of the article is given mainly by analyzing the territorial distribution of absorption, in the process of analysis were included variables such as the territorial distribution of the contracted projects, the value of the contracted projects as well as the payments made to the beneficiaries. The article takes as a reference unit the county.
