Abstract

Romanian tourism has received a significant boost this year through holiday vouchers Romania is "busy" by holiday vouchers. The holiday vouchers have been this year's absolutely essential support for the Romanian tourism industry, the occupancy rate of the hotels registered after their issuance at the national level, being an unprecedented one in the last ten years, according to the Association of Tourist Promotion Associations from Romania (FAPT) [1]. The present paper makes a positive analysis of the impact recorded in the last 6 months of 2018 as a result of holiday vouchers approved by the Romanian Government in the second quarter of this year.
