Abstract

The concept of development implies "a gradual evolution towards a higher stage phase, to gain significant scale, increasing evolve",which means, extrapolating from the economy, that development is an open process involving upward trend of economic and social phenomena as a result of action taking place in nature and society. Economic development, which we understand the progress and prosperity is inextricably linked to the organization of the national territory. Regarding the regional development determinant is the evolution of the geographical space called the region, area or zone. As a whole, and if its structures, the region must know a gradual increase in territorial development involving several successive stages and phases.
