Abstract

Given the importance of this theme, we intend to approach in a paper in itself. So far, we summarize the debate to bring in new terms and new issues in which they and circumscriu issues which involve both technical progress, and modem management and, implicitly, that appropriate policies are bound to think and to promote countries that really want to integrate new processes which are profiling in the world economy. No reception of the new "challenges" of the world economy and of the processes that characterize the present and in perspective and without answers as part of national economies is difficult, if not impossible, to hope in an economic and efficient integration of some countries in the extremely demanding global economy.
