Telelavoro. La nuova onda

Abstract

L’autore rivisita il tema del telelavoro a 40anni dal suo primo articolo su questa rivista, probabilmenteil primo apparso sul tema in Italia.Nonostante si trattasse allora di un fenomeno inembrione, le principali componenti in gioco eranogià evidenti e se ne preannunciava un rapidosviluppo. Così non è stato. Una progressione continuama relativamente lenta non è mai sbocciatain un’affermazione completa soprattutto in Italia.Finché il coronavirus non ha imposto il telelavoroall’attenzione generale creando una nuova ondaaccompagnata da crescenti aspettative. Per comprendernela potenzialità e soprattutto la fattibilità,l’articolo “apreµ il telelavoro ed esplora al suointerno i molteplici fattori coinvolti per indicare,in una dimensione globale ma con un occhiospeciale all’Italia, quali aspetti ancora frenano equali possono invece rilanciare, questa volta invia definitiva, il telelavoro. L’articolo sottolineacome solo operando su questi fattori attraversostrategie e politiche mirate al loro sviluppo sipotrà, lungi da azzardate previsioni, fornire unvero trampolino di lancio verso un telelavoro adimensione estesa e pienamente rispondente alleesigenze di tutte le parti in causa.
