La socialdemocrazia svedese tra riforma e rivoluzione: il Piano Meidner (1975-1976)

Abstract

Rifugiatosi in Svezia nel 1933 per sfuggire alnazismo, Meidner diventa uno degli economistidi punta del Paese nordico. Se il modello dipolitica economica che elabora nel 1951 insiemeal collega Rehn diventa la “bibbiaµ del modellosvedese, il Piano dei fondi dei salariati, definitotra il 1975 e il 1976, suscita polemiche roventi:prefigura infatti una transizione graduale e pacificaa un sistema economico in cui i rapporti diforza tra capitale e lavoro sono rovesciati. La strategiadi neutralizzazione della carica eversiva deifondi messa in atto dal Partito socialdemocraticoe la controffensiva della Confindustria svedesesegnano il capolinea di una proposta che ha rappresentatol’unico tentativo compiuto di definireuna fase di transizione al socialismo nel cuore delcapitalismo avanzato.
