Abstract

To detect, analyze, qualify management innovation (MI) require some methodology in order to be able to critically characterize these objects. This contribution proposes a methodological approach designed to qualify the very nature of MI. A literature overview helps to highlight the two dimensions on which a MI could show some breakthroughs: the first one is concerned with the organizational context; the second one is about newness with the state of the art.
