Le leadership des sélectionneurs sportifs de haut niveau. Vers une figure transformationnelle et vicariante ?

Abstract

We analyzed the leadership of five head coaches of national team sports. Results showed that their behaviors and modus operandi are closed to those of the well-known transformational leader. We tried to analyze why and how the exercise of transformational leadership in sport can be efficiently used to motivate working people.
