Les cadres pendulaires internationaux. Des conditions de travail particulièrement difficiles ?

Abstract

Whereas new forms of international mobility emerge and the request for skilled staff is in-creasing, the consideration given to these dynamics is limited. Through the application of a quantitative research methodology, this study focuses on international executive commuters? characteristics. The separation of this group of employees would permit companies to enhance the intangible assets they represent thus improving the management of inherent psychosocial risks.
